All parent's will need to complete a consent and holiday registration form on arrival or please email [email protected] for a copy. You can either send this back to us or bring it on the day your child is booked in.
The session will be 9am-1:00pm which will include a free meal for children. Please ensure you tell us of any dietary requirements or allergies. Parent's are to drop children off at 9:00am and collect by 1:00pm. You do not need to stay for the session. If you would like to cancel the activity, please cancel through the portal which will allow me to accept. This will allow other parent's to book on. If your child is ill and will not be coming to the session, you can call to let us know. We can then cancel the session for you on the portal. Please call 07514238943. If your child has not arrived by 9:30am, we will automatically cancel their session to allow others on the waiting list to join in.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer 1:1 to support individuals, therefore if your child has complex needs please ensure you speak to a member of staff so we can ensure we can support their needs.

The HAF activities are also joint with our Holiday play scheme. Therefore if you would like your child to stay until 3:00pm there will be a charge for this.
