Our Easter SEN Holiday Club is something we are incredibly proud to offer — a calm, joyful and fully supportive space created exclusively for children at Ifield School 🌸🐣✨
This specialist club is designed for children aged 5–11, providing a smaller, nurturing environment where children can explore activities at their own pace, with full choice and flexibility throughout the day. We prioritise sensory awareness, emotional regulation and individual needs, ensuring every child feels safe, understood and able to thrive.
Here’s a look at what we have planned:
🎨 Creative Crafts Seasonal Easter crafts, sensory art, clay modelling and painting activities designed to encourage creativity without pressure.
🍪 Cooking & Baking Biscuit decorating, fruit kebab making, pitta pizzas and simple treats — building independence and confidence in a supported setting.
🧸 Sensory Play Dough, gloop, foam, sand, water play and themed sensory trays, offering rich sensory experiences tailored to individual comfort levels.
🏃 Movement & Games Parachute play, dancing, yoga, ball skills and gentle obstacle games to support coordination and physical wellbeing.
🔬 STEM Fun Slime making, moon sand, bubble experiments and simple hands-on science activities that spark curiosity.
🧩 Calm & Free Choice Spaces Puzzles, board games, books, colouring and access to quiet, low-stimulation areas for rest and regulation when needed.
