Join us for an exciting full-day HAF adventure to Conkers! This special trip runs from 9:00am – 5:00pm and requires two HAF credits as it is an extended 8-hour session. We will depart from our setting at 9:30am and return by 4:30pm.

Please ensure your child has arrived at St John’s Church Hall no later than 9:20am. Any child arriving after 9:30am will miss the departure time.

Conkers offers children a fantastic day of outdoor exploration, adventure and discovery. During the visit, children will have the opportunity to explore the woodland trails, discover interactive exhibits, enjoy the adventure play areas, take part in nature-based activities and experience the many exciting attractions that Conkers has to offer. The day encourages children to be active, build confidence, develop friendships and learn about the natural environment whilst having lots of fun.

Breakfast will be available for children who arrive promptly at 9:00am. A packed lunch will be provided for every child to enjoy during the trip. A healthy tea will be provided on return to the setting.

Please ensure your child brings a labelled water bottle and a rucksack to carry their belongings for the day. Children should wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for walking and outdoor activities. As much of the day will be spent outdoors, we recommend children are dressed appropriately for the weather conditions. On warm days, please ensure your child arrives with sun cream already applied and brings a sun hat. On cooler or wet days, a waterproof coat is recommended.
