Programme Overview
Active Science is a structured Spring HAF programme for children in the Radcliffe area that delivers two clear strands each day:
1. Multi Sports & Physical Activity
2. Hands On Science Experiments
Rather than blending the two topics together, children take part in separate, clearly defined sport sessions and science experiment workshops, giving variety, routine, and strong engagement for different interests and learning styles.
This format is not widely offered locally and provides a balanced alternative to sport only or classroom based holiday provision.

• Combines sport + science learning (no classroom feel)
• Uses local parks, leisure spaces, and indoor venues
• Encourages participation from children less confident in competitive sport
