Peace of Mind

Peace of Mind CIO is a refugee-led organisation that supports asylum seekers and refugees in Gateshead and surrounding areas. The charity aims to assist both newly arrived and existing refugees in integrating into unfamiliar surroundings and overcoming the challenges they face. Our activities include: Weekly drop-in sessions for advice and support Holiday activities for children Distribution of emergency food parcels Educational classes, focusing on English, maths, and digital inclusion Donations of clothing and household items Provision of a warm space for community members
