NCA Easter outdoor activities

Location:Philips Park Whitefield M45 7QJ Manchester
From our base at The Barn Countryside Centre in Philips Park, Whitefield (M45 7QJ) we are able to offer the following activities:

- Supervised cycle rides around Philips and Drinkwater Parks
- Nature walks
- Basic maintenance training (how to fix a puncture and clean a bike etc)
- Orienteering
- Arts and Craft
- Nutritional education

For the more advanced rider:

- Ride the MTB trails in Philips Park
- Cycle skills loop
- Ride on more challenging, off road, terrain in the surrounding parks.

All activities led by appropriately qualified instructors who hold an enhanced DBS and are first aid qualified and safeguarding trained.

All equipment provided by NCA, though children are welcome to bring there own cycle and helmet should they so wish. PLEASE NOTE: a helmet must be worn for all cycling activities.

To attend this event children MUST be able to ride a bike.
