Lewisham Youth Service BelEve

BelEve is an award-winning girls' charity dedicated to empowering girls and young women aged 8–22 to become leaders of their world. Founded in Lewisham by three sisters, BelEve delivers engaging programmes that build confidence, resilience, leadership skills and positive wellbeing. Through a combination of mentoring, workshops, enrichment activities and community-based programmes, we support girls to develop the skills, relationships and self-belief they need to thrive. Our holiday programmes provide a safe, inclusive and fun environment where girls can make new friends, try new experiences, stay active and develop important life skills. Every activity is designed to help girls grow in confidence, strengthen their communication and teamwork skills, and leave feeling more prepared for the future. To date, BelEve has supported more than 30,000 girls and young women across London and beyond.
