Spring HAF Film Club – Creative Filmmaking Fun
Get ready for a creative two -day spring adventure at our Film Club!
This programme gives children the chance to make their very own short film inspired by one of five imaginative themes: The Mystery, The Portal, The News Report, The Challenge, and The World Has Changed.
Sessions take place over two days: on Day 1, children choose their film theme, work on scriptwriting, develop characters, and take part in drama-based games. Day 2 is a focus on filming, bringing their stories and ideas to life using professional equipment.
The sessions are hands-on, fun, and supportive, helping children develop confidence, teamwork, problem-solving, and self-expression.
Healthy hot meals and snacks are provided each day, and families will receive useful information about local support services.
We strongly recommend attending both days to appear in the final film, however, children can still take part and enjoy the creative experience if they are only able to attend one day.
Every participant will receive a downloadable copy of the film they helped create to enjoy at home.
