EPIC CIC (Empowering People in Change)
EPIC CIC provides children aged 5–16 with access to sport, nutrition education, and creative arts activities. We are committed to educating children about healthy lifestyles and supporting their overall well-being. At EPIC CIC, we believe that combining creative arts with physical activity is an effective and engaging way to promote children’s well-being. By encouraging active participation and creativity, we help young people build lifelong healthy habits that benefit them both now and in the future. Our workshops focus on nutrition awareness and physical education, aiming to increase children’s understanding of what healthy eating means and to equip them with practical life skills. Through interactive learning, we support children in making informed choices about their health and well-being. Sessions include activities such as yoga, meditation, dodge-ball, and football, providing a balanced programme that supports both physical and mental health. By encouraging children to make informed decisions about healthy eating, we help reduce potential future health risks while improving their confidence, energy levels, and emotional well-being. Our physical activities also promote essential social skills, including teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and building positive friendships. Children learn that working collaboratively is often the most effective way to overcome challenges.
